0xC004F034: License not found or invalid (server busy)
0xC004F034 means the Software Licensing Service could not find the license or considered it invalid during activation. It is common after major Windows updates and when activation servers are busy; it is usually not a key problem. Waiting and retrying, or activating manually with "slmgr /ato", is normally enough.

- License renewal after a major feature update has not completed
- Security software or a firewall is blocking activation traffic
- The license store is corrupted (rare)
Step-by-step fix
- Wait 1-2 hours, then press "Activate" again under Settings → System → Activation.
- Run "slmgr /ato" in an elevated Command Prompt; it shows the error code directly.
- Temporarily disable third-party antivirus/firewall and retry; turn off any VPN.
- Run the "Troubleshoot" tool under Settings → Activation.
- If it persists, reinstall the key with "slmgr /ipk KEY" and activate with "slmgr /ato"; otherwise use phone activation via Windows + R → "slui 4".

Do I need to change my key?
Usually not. 0xC004F034 is mostly server- or connection-related; the same key activates on the next attempt. A rejected key would show a code such as 0xC004C003.
