Data Subject Request Form

You may exercise your rights under Article 11 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data by applying as described on this page. Your application will be assessed under the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.

1. How to Apply

The law requires applications to be made through specific channels so that your identity can be verified. You may apply using any one of the following methods:

From your registered email address: Write to info@karincalisans.com from the email address registered in our systems (the one you used for your order or membership), with "KVKK Request" in the subject line.
With a secure electronic signature or mobile signature: Send your signed application to info@karincalisans.com.
In writing: Send your wet-signed application, together with a copy of a document verifying your identity, to:

Important: Requests sent via WhatsApp, telephone, social media messages or live chat cannot be processed as formal KVKK applications under the applicable legislation; only general information can be given through those channels. Please use the channels above so that your request can be handled on record and within the statutory period.

2. Information Your Application Must Contain

Under Article 5 of the Communiqué, your application must include:

Your first name, surname and — for written applications — your signature,
Your Turkish ID number if you are a citizen of the Republic of Türkiye; for foreign nationals, your nationality, passport number or ID number if any,
Your residential or business address for notification purposes,
Your email address, telephone and fax number for notification, if any,
A clear statement of the subject of your request,
Any relevant information and documents.

If you are applying on behalf of someone else, a power of attorney containing specific authority or a legal representation document must be attached.

4. When Will Your Application Be Concluded?

Depending on the nature of your request, your application will be concluded free of charge within thirty (30) days at the latest. If the operation entails an additional cost, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.

If your application is rejected, if you find the response insufficient, or if no response is given within the statutory period, you may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board within thirty days of learning the response and in any case within sixty days of the application date. Applying to the data controller first is mandatory before filing a complaint with the Board.
