I placed an order but haven't received my license. What should I do?
If your payment confirmation email arrived but the license hasn't, first check your spam or junk folder. If the issue continues, send us your order number via WhatsApp.
How can I verify the license is genuine?
Every license we deliver can be verified through the official activation servers of Microsoft, Adobe, and the relevant publisher. If any issue occurs, it's covered under warranty with a replacement or refund.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit card, debit card, and bank transfer (EFT) are accepted. All card transactions are processed through Stripe's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure — your card details are never stored on our systems.
Do you issue an invoice?
Yes. A commercial invoice is issued for every order and emailed to you.
