I placed an order but have not received my license. What should I do?

If you received a payment confirmation email but the license has not arrived, first check your spam or junk folder. If the problem persists, send your order number via WhatsApp and it will be resolved within 15 minutes.

How can I verify that the license is genuine?

All licenses we deliver can be verified against the official activation servers of Microsoft, Adobe and the relevant software publisher. If any issue arises, a replacement will be sent or a refund will be issued under our guarantee.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, debit cards and bank transfer (wire). All card transactions are processed through Stripe’s PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure — your card details are never stored on our systems.

Do you issue an invoice?

Yes. An electronic invoice (e-invoice or e-archive invoice) is issued for every order and sent to your email address.
