Balance Terms of Use

1. What is Balance?

Balance is a store balance you load in advance and spend on karincalisans.com. It is not a payment instrument or electronic money; it can only be used on karincalisans.com, and only to buy our own products.

2. Loading your balance

After signing in and verifying your email address, you choose an amount on the Balance page and pay. As soon as your payment is approved, the amount — together with any campaign bonus — lands in your account.

3. Loaded amount and bonus

Your balance has two parts:

• The amount you loaded: your own money. It never expires and can be spent whenever you like.
• Campaign bonus: a gratuity granted by us. It cannot be converted to cash, is not refundable, and expires after the period stated on the top-up page.

Both parts are spent proportionally on every purchase. If 10% of your balance is bonus, then 10% of each purchase comes out of the bonus.

4. Paying with your balance

At checkout, if your balance covers the whole order you can pay in one click; if it does not, you may use your whole balance and pay the remainder by card. No card processing fee is charged on Balance payments.

5. The balance is not refundable

The amount you load is not convertible to cash and not refundable. It can only be spent on purchases at karincalisans.com. Please take this into account before topping up.

This rule concerns the balance itself. Your statutory rights regarding the products you buy are unaffected — see section 6.

6. Order refunds

When an order paid from your balance is refunded, the amount is credited back to your balance with exactly the same loaded/bonus mix used at payment; it is not transferred to a card or bank account.

Your statutory rights in cases such as defective goods or non-delivery are not affected by this section.

7. Non-transferable

Your Balance balance is personal. It cannot be transferred, sold or passed on to anyone else.

8. Closing your account

If you delete your account, any unused balance is forfeited and cannot be recovered. We recommend spending your balance before closing your account.

9. Changes

Any change to these terms applies to top-ups made after it is published. The terms of your existing balance stay as they were on the day you loaded it.
