Are the licenses genuine?
All our licenses are verifiable through the official activation systems of the relevant publisher (Microsoft, Adobe, ChatGPT, CapCut, etc.). No third-party panels, cracks or bypass software are used. If a license does not work, we replace it immediately or issue a full refund.
How can the prices be so low?
Our company secures volume license agreements and bulk purchases, reducing our unit cost well below individual retail prices. We pass this saving directly to customers. A low price does not mean the license is counterfeit – all products are genuine and invoiced.

How many devices can I use it on?
This depends on the product. Windows licenses are tied to 1 device, Microsoft 365 Family covers up to 6, Adobe Creative Cloud allows 2 active devices. The device limit is clearly stated on each product page.
Can the license be revoked later?
The licenses we provide are active and fully usable. In the rare event of a publisher-side issue, a replacement is sent free of charge. Our replace-or-refund guarantee applies to all products.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, debit cards and bank transfer. All card transactions go through Stripe PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure – your card details are never stored on our systems.
When is the invoice sent?
Once payment is confirmed, an electronic invoice is issued in your name and sent automatically to your order email. Corporate buyers should provide their company name and tax number at checkout.

When will my license be delivered?
After payment confirmation, your license key or account credentials are delivered by email – usually within minutes. During busy periods it may take a few hours. Please also check your spam folder.
I have not received my license. What should I do?
First check your inbox and spam folder. If the license still has not arrived, send your order number via WhatsApp (+90 850 840 82 70) and it will be resolved during the day. Payments are secured through Stripe.
What happens if my license does not work?
If your license does not work for any reason, we send a replacement at no extra cost. If a solution cannot be provided, a full refund is issued. This guarantee applies to all products.
Is a refund or exchange possible?
