Terms of Use

karincalisans.com ("the Site") is operated by Karınca Digital ("Karınca Lisans", "we"). These Terms of Use apply to everyone who visits the Site or shops through it ("the User"). By using the Site you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

1. Description of the Service

Karınca Lisans is a platform selling digital licence keys and subscriptions belonging to various software manufacturers. Products are delivered digitally, by e-mail or through your account, within the time stated on the product page (usually within 1–90 minutes). For some products, delivery is completed manually by our team depending on stock/supply.

2. Membership and Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for the accuracy and currency of the details you provide when creating an account (name, e-mail, phone).
  • You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and for all transactions made through your account.
  • If you notice unauthorised use of your account, notify us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or e-mail.
  • Guest checkout (without an account) is also possible; in that case order tracking and delivery are handled through the e-mail address you provide at checkout.

3. Orders, Prices and Payment

Prices published on the Site are in Turkish Lira and include all applicable taxes. Payments are taken securely through the Stripe infrastructure with 256-bit SSL encryption; your card details are never stored on Karınca Lisans servers. Coupon codes and Karınca Points discounts are subject to the rules and validity dates of the relevant campaign/programme.

4. Use of Licence Keys

The licence keys and software you purchase are subject to the licence/usage terms of the relevant software manufacturer (e.g. Microsoft, Adobe). Complying with the usage restrictions stated on the product page (single device/user, activation method, time limits, etc.) is the User's responsibility. Reselling, duplicating or transferring licence keys to third parties for commercial purposes is prohibited.

5. Cancellation, Refund and Delivery

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, design, logo, images) belongs to Karınca Lisans or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Karınca Lisans is not liable for interruptions, data loss or indirect damages arising from situations beyond its control (outages of manufacturer activation services, force majeure, etc.). Our total liability is limited to the price of the product concerned.

8. Changes

These Terms of Use may be updated when necessary. Updates take effect as soon as they are published on the Site.
