Distance Sales Agreement

2. Subject and Scope of the Agreement

3. Price, payment and additional costs

3.1 The product/service fee is the total charges shown on the order page + cargo / delivery / other costs (including taxes) if any.

3.2 Payment Methods: Credit card, bank transfer, payment at the door (if available), digital payment systems, etc. Payment is made with one of the payment options offered to the BUYER during the ordering stage.

3.3 Payment is collected / withdrawn / locked at the order confirmation phase (depending on the payment system used and the seller’s policy).

3.4 The seller may claim the shipping / delivery costs (e.g. shipping, insurance) from the buyer; These charges should be clearly shown on the order screen.


4. Delivery/Access/Activation

4.4 Digital Product / License Delivery: If the contracted product is a digital license / download package, the license code / link / activation information is sent to the e-mail address of the BUYER or to the site user account. 5.Right of withdrawal, cancellation and refund (digital license)

  1. Digital licenses do not have the right to withdraw.

6. Defective Goods, Warranty and Responsibility

6.4 The Seller’s liability is limited to the contract price, except for intentional behavior or gross defects.


7. Force Majeure

Natural disasters, strikes, wars, terror, official decisions, etc., that develop outside the will of the parties are considered “forces”. In these cases, the periods stop or the contract is suspended; The parties cannot be held responsible for each other.


8. Intellectual Property, Use of License

8.1 In digital license, software, content, etc., the right granted to the BUYER is only the right of use; The property remains with the Seller.

8.2 Reproduction, distribution, transfer, copying, etc. of the license are prohibited.


9. Privacy, personal data and data retention

9.1 The parties shall not disclose the trade secrets, customer information and confidential information obtained during the contract and will only use them for the purpose of the contract.

9.2 The BUYER’s personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the ICC and the relevant legislation, and the Privacy Policy will be clearly included in the Site.

9.3 The SELLER will obtain the BUYER’s express consent before sharing sensitive data such as payment information and credentials with third parties.


10. Dispute, Judgment and Dispute Resolution

11. Enforcement
