Windows Activation Error
0xC004F014: Product key not available
0xC004F014 means no product key is installed for Windows to use during activation. It usually happens when Activate is pressed without ever entering a key, after the previous key was removed, or when the license store is corrupted. Installing the valid key and activating resolves it.
Most common causes
- "I don't have a product key" was chosen during setup and no key was entered later
- The key was removed with slmgr /upk
- The license store (tokens.dat) is corrupted
- The digital license does not match this device (hardware change)
Step-by-step fix
- Enter your 25-character key under Settings → System → Activation → "Change product key".
- Alternatively run "slmgr /ipk KEY" and "slmgr /ato" in an elevated Command Prompt.
- Check that the "Partial Product Key" line in "slmgr /dlv" output is filled in.
- If hardware changed on a device activated with a digital license, sign in with your Microsoft account and run Activation → "Troubleshoot".
- If the error persists, rebuild the license store (stop sppsvc, rename tokens.dat) and enter the key again.

Where can I find my Windows key?
If you bought from Karınca Lisans, the key is in your order e-mail and under My Account → My Orders. On OEM devices the key is embedded in the BIOS and read automatically.
