1. Scope and joining

Refer & Earn is a free partner program for karincalisans.com members who bring in new customers. You join by accepting these terms on your account page.
The program does not create an employment, agency or partnership relationship; partners act independently.

2. How you earn

If someone signs up through your invite link, they are linked to you and you earn commission on every paid order for 12 months from their sign-up.
If someone orders through your link without signing up, the order is credited to you if placed within 30 days of the click (the last invite link clicked counts).
Orders placed with a personal discount code assigned to you are credited to you as well.
Existing customers do not become your invitees by clicking your link.
Newly invited members get 5% off their first order.

3. Commission rate and calculation

Your rate is tiered by how many different customers you bring in — 0–4: 3% · 5–19: 5% · 20+: 7%. The tier at the time of the order applies.
Commission is calculated on what the customer actually paid; card fees and any part paid with balance bonus are excluded.
Commission is earned and held in the order currency; there is no conversion between currencies.
During time-limited campaigns (e.g. “commission ×2”), the boosted rate applies only to orders paid within the campaign period and never exceeds 30%.
Milestone bonuses are added once, in your language's currency, when commission for the stated number of different customers has been confirmed.

4. Confirmation, refunds and cancellation

Commission is confirmed 7 days after payment if there is no refund.
If an order is refunded in full or in part, the commission is reduced in proportion. Refunds after confirmation are deducted from your earnings, or from future earnings if needed.
Suspicious activity (same person, device or network, unusual volume, etc.) may be reviewed before confirmation.
Earnings generated before you join are released if you join within 90 days; otherwise they lapse.

5. Using your earnings

Move confirmed earnings to your balance at any time and get a 10% bonus. Transferred amounts follow the Balance Terms; the bonus part has a validity period.
Turkish lira earnings can be withdrawn to a Turkish IBAN once your payout details are verified (minimum 100,00 ₺). Payouts are made manually, usually within 3 business days.
For payouts to individuals we issue the documents required by law and statutory deductions may apply; business partners must provide an invoice. Partners are responsible for their own tax obligations.
Earnings are not transferable; the IBAN must be in the partner's (or their company's) name.

6. Prohibited conduct

Inviting yourself, opening second accounts or accounts on behalf of others.
Spam, unsolicited bulk messages, fake reviews or misleading claims (e.g. non-existent discounts, “free licenses”).
Search ads on the “Karınca Lisans” brand or similar terms, or pages/profiles imitating our site.
Publishing your link or code on coupon aggregator sites without our permission.
Choosing an invite code that imitates brands, organisations or people, or is misleading or offensive; such codes may be removed.
Violations void the affected commission and may lead to suspension and removal from the program.

7. Advertising disclosure

Clearly disclose that your post is an ad or partnership (e.g. #ad). Complying with advertising rules and each platform's policies is your responsibility.
Only use product information from our website; do not make your own promises about duration, device count or warranty.

8. Tasks

Task rewards are set after reviewing whether the submission meets the requirements; submitting does not create an automatic right.
The post for an approved task must stay online for the period shown on the task card (usually 7 days); the reward is then added to your balance. If it is deleted, hidden or edited in a way that changes its meaning during that time, no reward is paid.
Submitted content must be your own. You may not submit someone else's content or a platform account registered by another member; the same content is rewarded only once.
Reviews or ratings are never requested or accepted in exchange for a reward.

9. Personal data

Invite link clicks are counted using a hash of the IP address; the IP itself is not stored. Identity, tax and IBAN details you give for payouts are used only to pay you and meet legal obligations, and kept for the statutory periods.
We never show you who your invitees are — only a masked e-mail and the order status.
Your invite page only shows the display name you enter; your account name and e-mail are never shared.
To prevent abuse, card payments may use a hash of the card fingerprint provided by the payment processor; card numbers are never processed or stored.

10. Changes and termination

Rates and terms may change going forward; changes are published here and do not affect commission already earned.
If the program ends, confirmed earnings can be moved to your balance or withdrawn under these terms.
