Which One Is for Whom?
Home users & gamers
Web, office, media and games — everything runs identically on Home. For most users it's the right, economical choice.
Remote workers & power users
If you want to reach your PC via Remote Desktop, run virtual machines or encrypt your disk with BitLocker, you need Pro.
Small businesses
Joining a company network (domain/Azure AD) and Group Policy management are Pro-only. Make Pro the standard for work devices.
Still undecided
